After dedicating 17 years and 9 months to civil and corporate services, Yeshi chose to follow his lifelong passion for travel. His deep fascination with Bhutan’s culture led him to work longer duration under the Ministry of Home Affairs. At the height of his career, he seized the opportunity to fulfill his dream of joining the travel industry. Throughout his journey, including his roles in loyalty marketing and partnerships, Yeshi has been committed to crafting exceptional customer experiences from start to finish. Known for his keen problem-solving abilities and his leadership in driving transformative change, he takes great pride in the talented team at Rustic Frontiers, who consistently go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Hailing from a humble family in eastern Bhutan, she pursued her passion by studying Tourism and Hospitality. With a keen eye for new products and a focus on both product development and customer experience, she leads a dedicated team at Rustic Frontiers. Her priority is to create happiness and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized travel programs.

With a professional background in tourism studies, his passion for exploration guided him through roles as a Travel Consultant before he joined Rustic Frontiers as a Travel Advisor and a Destination Expert. After over a decade of traversing Bhutan from all directions, Thinley’s expertise in office management and field guiding offers clients a deep and insightful understanding of the country.
